We have approximately 1500 Ostomates in Tasmania with our 4 major hospitals offering inpatient and outpatient support by qualified stomal therapy nurses. Our Private Hospitals in the South and North also have qualified stomal therapy nurses onsite.

A non-profit organisation dedicated to the rehabilitation and continuing well-being of people of all ages who have undergone surgery resulting in a stoma (colostomy, ileostomy or urostomy). Like similar associations across Australia, Ostomy Tasmania purchases and distributes stoma appliances and related pharmaceutical products to members of our organisation. Ostomy Tasmania offers ordering by phone, fax, email or website.
